While we were there, Noah spent the weekend at his Mema and Gramps' house. No, he did not receive a diploma, but he did surprise us with a very cute little pearly white upon our return. Later in the week another tooth pooped out- he now has two little nubins on his bottom jaw.
He is also "crawling," apparently. Tuesday morning he was playing happily in the Living Room while I brushed my teeth in the Bathroom. After I rinsed and spit I turned around to find him squealing with delight behind me- he loves it when I rinse and spit.
Noah also had his first raging diaper rash last week which resulted in his first "Hang out with his wang out" session. We placed towels all over the Living Room floor and he frolicked in the buff to give his toosh some healing fresh air. There were very few mishaps and Noah now has a new favorite appendage.
Yesterday we did our part to refuel the Economy and spent the day at Coconut Point Mall. We got Noah a high chair and had some pictures taken and he enjoyed stopping at this little playground there. Notice how excited he is about this turtle.
This morning brought another first. Noah was down for his "nap" in his crib and decided he was going to start pulling himself up- I think he felt it would be a good idea to get as many milestones out of the way in one week as possible. Well he pulled himself up and right out of the crib onto the floor. When I ran in the room he was sitting up looking at me like he was surprised his wings didn't work- everything else had been working so well for him this week, it's no wonder.
Noah is fine- despite his parents best efforts. He is giggling, crawling, squealing, and chewing on everything within reach- instead of rolling in a circle as if trying to get his bearings as we feared would happen all morning. Needless to say, we have lowered the crib.
